Aniimo Egg Heist Advanced Guide: Extraction Economics and Map Control
Past the basics of Operation Egg Heist: extraction thresholds, the egg-twinning playbook, deposit channeling, talent priority, and Chaos Mode prep.
The Egg Heist basics cover what the mode is. This is the version for squads that keep wiping with full bags.
The extraction rule that changes everything
Eggs are pooled across the team only on a clean evacuation. Botch the exit and everyone keeps just their personal eggs. Two consequences:
- Agree the exit threshold before you drop. One egg plus the coin requirement usually suffices; a team that banks the first safe exit out-earns a team that pushes one egg too far and dies.
- Greed is a squad decision. The player chasing one more objective is spending everyone’s payout, not just their own.
You are the egg
Once the nest breaks, the egg must be twined — and twining an egg means you become the egg: slow roll, long dash cooldown, biggest target on the map. Untwining is instant, so the loop is: clear the room, pin the exit, commit, and pop back out to fight if cornered. Never grab cargo with attackers on the nest.
Deposit discipline
The basket is the most dangerous zone in the run:
- Any damage cancels the channel. Clear rushers and ranged pressure around the rim before you start the interaction.
- Drop cargo to defend if you get ambushed mid-channel, wipe, then resume.
- Bank immediately. Do not hoard eggs near the platform — turn in as you arrive.
Map control
- Route types, agreed up front: safe beach farm, Sanctum rush, coin route, Chaos prep. Switching mid-run is how groups lose extracted value.
- Roles: one calls the route, one tracks coins and containers, one guards the carrier. The carrier is the objective, not a fourth combat slot.
- Solo note: ignore common eggs, hit gold-tier nests early, route the outer perimeter past elite patrols, and kite chasers through chokepoints with lingering damage zones.
Spending Eggshell Coins
- Egg Boat Safe first, then carrying capacity, then faster looting.
- Talents are permanent — they carry into every future run. Priority: Narrow Escape (retention when you faint), Swift Egg (faster while twined), Scavenger (faster chests), and the once-per-match self-revive (needs a living teammate).
- Keys for locked rooms run in tiers (community-listed around 25,000 / 60,000 / 130,000 coins) — budget before a Nightmare run.
- Early on, essences outvalue loot. Tall blue or purple light pillars are the priority pickup.
Gear and Chaos prep
- Durability: repairs cut max durability — start runs at 40+ or gear can fail mid-extraction.
- Chaos Mode (Tier IV Elite Egg Seeker, needs a Chaos Ticket) tightens escape conditions and raises Prismana egg chances — bring a team and clear your personal exit requirement early.
- Rewards land in the mailbox, then hatch at an Outpost Hatchinator. Umbral eggs guarantee Perfect potential; Shell Shards feed the Prismana egg exchange.
The one thing to remember
Extraction is the scoreboard. Threshold agreed, room cleared, exit pinned, cargo banked. Everything else is loot on the way to the boat.
