Nimbus Fields: Aniimo's Starting Grasslands (Lv5-15)
Nimbus Fields is Aniimo's early grasslands region (around Lv5-15) with Nimbi, the Turbo Alpha, and more. Learn what to catch and what to watch for.
Nimbus Fields is where most Pathfinders cut their teeth — soft clouds, thick grassland, and Nimbis bouncing across the fields. It is an early-levelled region (commonly cited around Lv5–15; confirm against your in-game region marker, as bands can shift with patches).
What lives here
- Nimbi — the signature Wind Support creature of the region. Easy to meet, useful to keep (see the Nimbi guide).
- Alpha Turbo — the region’s Wind-field boss, northeast of the First Spark Sanctum. Weak to Lightning and Light, drops Gust Stone. Full breakdown in the Turbo Alpha guide.
- Alpha Geoclaw — an Ice-type Alpha that is underground northwest of the Breezy Plains Branch; you need to clear a blocked hole and progress the Branch to reach it. Drops a Heartseeker Pendant.
The Fields are also a gentle intro to weather and form spawns, so keep an eye on the forecast while you roam.
What to do here
- Catch a Nimbi for your early Support slot.
- Build regional collection % — catching here feeds the local Branch, which unlocks better capture rates and eventually Prismana weather.
- Attempt Alpha Turbo once your team is leveled; its Wind typing is a clean test of your Light starter (which counters Wind).
Capture notes
Standard pods are fine for the common residents. For the Alphas, remember the rule from the Aniimo Capture Mechanics guide: defeat first, then secure with an Aniipod Ultra or Sparkling Cube. Geoclaw’s underground access is the kind of spot players walk past on the surface marker — drop in, do not circle.
Where to next
Push toward Beast Fang Ridge (Fire/Alpha Scorchhowl country) or use this region to round out the four-slot team from the Aniimo Early Team Build. The broader region logic is in the Map and Spawn Guide.
