Aniimo Story Progression Guide: The Main Quest Order and Its Gates
Aniimo's 22 main missions in order, the promotion and level gates that stall the story, and the pace that keeps you ahead of the level bands.
Aniimo’s campaign is short but heavily gated — the story stops dead until your title, level and Elite Training catch up. Here is the order, the walls, and the pace.
The mission order
Version 1.0 ships 22 main missions (some databases group them as 15 across five chapters). The run:
- Journey to Idyll: An Idyllic Trip, Aniimo Catching Journey, The Mysterious Cavern, Institute Initiation
- Setting Out Again: Setting Out Again, Chasing the Clouds (opens Alpha Turbo’s area)
- Journey to Bloomville: Go to Bloomville, Ceremony Preparations, The Unbegun Ceremony
- Flowers and Butterfly Shadows: Fragrant Colors, The Land of Dancing Illusions, The Land where Dreams Come True
- Rainbow of the Ground: Ancient Sacred Fragrance (three legs), Rainbow of the Ground, A New Journey, A Tale of Tide and Song The prologue runs through The Argent Strait and Nimbus Fields, Bloomville in the Sea of Flowers, and out to Blitzwood and Tideblossom Coast late.
The gates
Each Promotion mission raises your student rank and level cap. The walls:
- Fragrant Colors: Level 25, Student II, Elite Training Chapter One.
- Ancient Sacred Fragrance: Level 35, Student III, Elite Training Chapter Two — rechecked at Level 40 / Wayfarer I and Level 45 / Wayfarer II. Later chapters check Level 50, 55 and 60.
When the marker will not advance, the fix is the same: dailies, Alpha claims and Lumin Amber for Safari EXP. Elite Training tasks are validated by Dr. Lewis — clear them early so promotion is a conversation, not a detour.
Ancient Sacred Fragrance, the long one
Three legs, three regions, three boss fights:
- The Mistwoods — the Super Truffle, guarded by Tuckin’s line.
- Echoback Landing — the Incense of Tolerance, guarded by the Sherro line.
- Russet Highlands — the Flameheart Stone, through the Warrior Journey and the Infergon fight.
You meet all three Omegas’ story versions here; the full circuit: Infergon, Sherro, Tuckin.
Journeys (side stories)
Journeys unlock from Clues and Rumors around Idyll and Astra — find one and the quest enters your log. Other side quests open with world rank or on entering the right region and talking to the marked NPC. Journeys matter beyond rewards: each Omega stays inert until its Journey is done.
The recommended pace
- Follow the main story until a gate hits — the regions open in level order anyway.
- Clear gates with dailies — the daily checklist closes level gaps in days.
- Detour for Journeys in each new region — they are the Omega keys and they pay well.
- Respect the level bands (Nimbus Fields Lv5-15 to Tideblossom Lv53-60); if a pool out-levels you, drop back a region and farm.
- Do Elite Training chapters as they open, not when the story demands them.
The one thing to remember
Story first, gates with dailies, Journeys in every region, never fight above your level band. The Omega circuit waits at the end of the campaign.
