Exiled Survivors: Beelzebub the Glutton — Demon Lord Guide

Beelzebub the Glutton is the poison demon lord in Exiled Survivors. Why this fight is an attrition war, not a burst race, and what to bring.

Beelzebub is the lord that drowns you. The Glutton is the poison-themed fight of the Nine Circles — swarms, plague zones, and an encounter long enough that “kill it fast” stops being a plan.

Where Beelzebub sits in the endgame

One of the nine demon lords in the Nine Circles of Hell, past the Elemental Plane, with an achievement for the kill like the rest. The lord order is not fully documented — check in-game, so arrive with a complete build.

Reading the title

“The Glutton” plus the poison theme points to swarms and plague zones — an attrition fight, not a burst fight. The damage race is long and the floor is lethal, so healing and sustain matter more than any single window. The Plague Doctor in the Swamp taught the miasma version of this lesson; Beelzebub is that fight with a lord’s health bar attached.

The counter framework

  • Outlast, do not burst. Trying to end it quickly is how players enter a 15-minute grind with a 6-minute build.
  • Clear to keep lanes open. The swarms are the zone. If you cannot walk, you cannot dodge, and the plague floor finishes what the swarm started.
  • Sustain is your real DPS. Every heal is damage you do not have to re-run. Healing relics and health investment outperform a fifth damage source here.
  • Poison Focus for your own output. If you race with the same element, the Focus tiers are what keep pace (see the damage types guide).

Pre-fight checklist

  • Broad coverage — swarms punish builds that only hit one target.
  • Healing and sustain relics; the build compendium has the priority order.
  • Movement Focus so the floor never traps you.
  • One single-target skill for the lord between swarm waves.

What wipes players

  • Trying to burn it down and running out of sustain at minute ten.
  • Ignoring the floor. Plague zones accumulate; the longer the fight, the less room you have.
  • Clear speed too low to keep lanes open — the swarm becomes the arena.

The one thing to remember

Beelzebub is a war of attrition wearing a boss costume. The build that outlasts wins, and the build that tries to sprint loses. Full context on all nine lords is in the demon lords guide.
