Rocket League Season 24 Streets: Soft Reset, Top 100 Titles, and Grind Windows

Rocket League Season 24 Streets soft reset explained: 10 placement matches per playlist, Top 100 leaderboard titles, and the best windows to climb.

Season 24 — the “Streets” season — launched September 23, 2026, and runs through roughly December 9, 2026 (the season-long Run It Up event ends that day; Psyonix hasn’t pinned an exact close date, so treat early December as the window). Here’s what the reset actually does and how to use it.

The Soft Reset: 10 Placements Per Playlist

Rocket League doesn’t wipe you to Bronze. At the season boundary your MMR gets compressed toward the middle of the ladder, then you replay 10 placement matches in every playlist you want ranked. Your old rank sets where you start, so finishing high last season still helps — it just gets pulled toward the center.

Practical tip: if you want a specific rank this season, grind the last week of Season 23 hard. A higher finish means a higher re-entry after the compression.

Top 100 Ranked Titles

New in Season 24: finishing in the Top 100 of any Soccar leaderboard — 3v3, 2v2, or 1v1 — awards one of five exclusive titles by placement. Spots 100–51 earn “S24 3V3 TOP 100,” 50–26 earn “TOP 50,” and it tiers up to the #1 spot. These are the sweatiest grind in the game, but if leaderboard hunting is your thing, the ranks guide shows the ladder you’re climbing.

Streets Arena Variants

Season 24 rotates in street-themed urban arena variants with different boost pad placement and tighter sightlines than older maps. Spend one Free Play session on each new variant before you queue ranked — old corner-read muscle memory will misfire otherwise.

Best Windows to Climb

The first week after the reset is worth the most rank. Placements swing harder than normal games, so the ladder re-finds your level fast — and the early ladder is soft. Treat week one as a focused push, not a warm-up. After that, the how-to-rank-up guide covers the long grind.

The season also added the Volkswagen Golf GTI Edition 50 (Octane hitbox), Dominus GT 76 (Dominus), and Pareto 5S (Breakout) to the Rocket Pass — details in the hitbox guide.
