Lost Ark Summoner Build Guide (T4)

The Summoner is the pet magician: you field creatures like Maririn, Pauru, Igna, and Kelsion while banking Ancient Energy and popping your Akir buff for a big damage window. She is one of the few classes where “your summons do the work” is a real, competitive playstyle. Here is how to set her up for T4.

How the identity works

You generate Ancient Energy as you fight, then spend it to summon and empower creatures. Your Akir buff is the burst window — pop it when your strongest skills and pets are lined up. The whole class is about keeping that loop spinning without letting the field go empty.

The build direction

The well-known identity engraving Communication Overflow is the pet-focused route: your summons carry the damage, and you manage their uptime and the Akir window. The alternative identity engraving shifts more value into your own empowered casts — less reliance on pets, more direct casting. Both are valid; pet-building is the more established T4 approach, while the caster-leaning version trades some pet dependability for burst on your own skills.

Pick based on what you enjoy: if you like watching a small army delete the boss, go pets. If you want your own buttons to pop, lean caster.

Stat priority

Specialization is the backbone — it scales your Identity generation and summon strength. After Spec, push Crit so your hits and pet damage spike reliably, then Swiftness for smoother casting if your gear allows. The exact Crit/Swiftness split depends on your engraving and gems, so adjust as you hone.

Combat engravings

• Hit Master — reliable crit and crit damage.
• Adrenaline — stacks attack power and crit as fights go on.
• Keen Blunt Weapon — amplifies crit damage.
• Cursed Doll — standard greedy damage pick once the core is slotted.
