THE FINALS Seoul Map Guide (Season 12)
Seoul is dense and chaotic — close-quarters fights everywhere, and Season 12 rebuilt it across five distinct districts with a new building and a new Cashout Station. You’ll rarely have a clean long-range lane here, so bring guns that win up close.
The districts
- Mall: Central, busy, lots of shops to break into. The default brawl zone. A Heavy with Goo or a Medium with a turret owns the atrium.
- Data Center: Server rooms with tight corridors. Great for Lighters who can slip between rooms; terrible if you get caught in a doorway. Use Shockwave or Winch to clear corners.
- Hospital: Wide, open-ish floors with good rotation. Solid mid-fight spot; the new station here is worth knowing.
- Apartments: Vertical, residential layouts with windows and ledges. Flank heaven for Lights, death trap if you peek without checking.
- Under Construction: The sandbox district — half-built structures, exposed beams, and the most destructible real estate on the map. Use it to make your own routes.
Cashout routes
With the new station added, you’ve got more places to bank. Don’t always take the closest — route through Under Construction or Apartments to avoid the Mall meat grinder. Carry the box high when you can; Seoul’s verticality lets you drop on defenders.
Tips
- Medium’s Dematerializer shines here — delete a floor and drop on a cashout team.
- Heavy Goo makes bridges across the construction gaps.
- Watch the destruction guide: Seoul’s buildings collapse into new cover mid-fight.
Vaults here favor the inner districts, so control Data Center or Hospital early to dictate where fights happen. Best with a coordinated trio; solo queue is rough in the Mall. Compare rotations with Monaco and Skyway Stadium, and read the Ranked Cashout guide for tournament play. The classes guide helps you pick.
General rule for Seoul: control the inside, not the streets. The districts’ interiors are where cashouts actually happen, and the open roads between them are kill zones the enemy controls. Punch a hole with C4 or Dematerializer and fight inside, where your team’s gadgets — Goo walls, turrets, Mesh — do the work. The Heavy guide covers anchoring those interior fights.
